1. About Us

FotoStore offers custom photo-based art services, including Pencil Art, Digital Painting, Photo Retouch, and Illustration, created from photos uploaded by customers.

2. Orders and Customization

• Orders are placed by selecting your desired art category, frame size, number of people, and courier option, and uploading a clear photo.
• By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe on any third party's copyright or privacy.
• Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, changes to size, category, or uploaded photo may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated on the product page.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, supporting UPI, credit cards, and debit cards.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Production and Delivery

• Estimated production time is 3–5 business days from order confirmation, excluding courier transit time. Photo Retouch orders may take longer depending on the extent of damage.
• Delivery timelines depend on the courier option selected (Standard or Express) and your location.
• FotoStore is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Revisions and Approval

• We may share a digital preview of your artwork before final production. Customers can request reasonable revisions at this stage.
• Once approved, the artwork will proceed to final production and further changes may not be possible.

6. Intellectual Property

• All artwork created by FotoStore is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• FotoStore retains the right to showcase completed artwork in its portfolio or marketing materials, unless the customer requests otherwise at the time of order.

7. Limitation of Liability

FotoStore strives to deliver high-quality custom artwork based on the photo provided. We are not liable for outcomes affected by poor photo quality, low resolution, or damaged source images beyond reasonable restoration capability.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production has started. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted. Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy for further details.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.

10. Changes to Terms
